The monthly HOA fee varies and is based on the condo's SF. The monthly fee, as of March 2022, ranges from $275/month to a high of almost $600/month. The fee may be high, but it does include a lot:

Although the units do not have laundry in them, there is a laundry room on each floor of the building.

There are some restrictions in 5100 Monument Ave. No pets are allowed. In addition, units that are sold can only be sold to owner occupants. However, there have been a number of units that have been purchased recently by parents whose kids are attending VCU - in this case, the child's name must be on the deed in order to allow them to live in the unit.

Schools in this area are Crestview Elementary, Tuckahoe Middle, Freeman High.

There are a total of 185 units in the building.
