This neighborhood is conveniently located near the Chesterfield County government area and courthouse, off Iron Bridge Rd. and Lucy Corr. The neighborhood is convenient to I288, offering easy access to all of the Richmond area. There is a county park within only a few minutes drive from the neighborhood and it is only a very short drive to the Pocahontas State Park.
These 2 communities sit next to each other, which is why they are both in this same post. These homes are all 2 story units - the units range from 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sizes range from 1,000 SF to almost 1,700 SF. Most of the units have assigned parking spaces with plenty of guest parking, but there are a few that have garages attached. This neighborhood was built in phases, from 1987 to 1993 and many of these units have been renovated over the years.
