Welcome to Foxfield at Wellesley Townhomes. This is another townhome community within the Wellesley planned neighborhood and is only a few minutes drive to Short Pump Town Center and everything happening in the Short Pump area.
Wellesley neighborhood consists of 17 neighborhoods and 788 homes. However, Foxfield at Wellesley Townhomes is a townhome community with only 73 units in it. Each unit here has a slightly different look to it, but all the units have a 1 car garage with additional parking space in front of the garage. There is also guest parking throughout the neighborhood. These homes all have wood siding and were built around 1989 to 1994. All units here are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and range in size from 1,500 SF to almost 2,000 SF. The units have gas heat and gas fireplaces.

There is also an additional mandatory fee to Wellesley Master Association of $180/quarter to maintain the amenities.
