This is a small community and one of several communities (both single family, townhome and condo) that is built around Wilde Lake, a small manmade lake. The monthly HOA fee (as of March 2022) is either $311/month for the 3 bedroom units and $283/month for the 2 bedroom units. The HOA fee includes exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, snow removal, trash removal and yard maintenance.
There is an additional $149/year fee paid to Wilde Lake Association, which maintains Wilde Lake.
