Knollingwood is a small 127 unit neighborhood that was built between 1984 and 1990. These 2 story townhomes offer a couple of different floorplans, with either 2 or 3 bedrooms, and either 1 ½ or 2 ½ baths. The homes range in size from 1172 SF to 1340 SF. Most of the units have fenced in courtyards, offering a little green, and the units have fireplaces. The neighborhood has a pool, with a lifeguard on duty. Each unit has 2 parking spaces, however, no boats, campers or trailers are allowed to be parked in the parking spaces. The neighborhood appears to be well maintained .
There are 127 units in the neighborhood - as of March 2022, 87 of these units were owner occupied.
Schools in this neighborhood are Carver Elementary, Pocahontas Middle and Godwin High.
Whereas some neighborhoods base their association fees on the size of the units, Knollingwood homeowners all pay the same fee each month. The monthly fee as of March 2022 was $205/month - this fee not only covers the exterior maintenance and the pool, but also covers yard maintenance, snow removal and trash removal.
