As most people know, the real estate market has been on fire for the last year and a half! Whenever I talk to people and I tell them I am a Realtor, they want to know how the real estate market is doing! As you can see, the inventory levels remain extremely low, while time on the market continues to shrink! For many people the question about whether now is the right time to buy or sell is at the top of mind! Sellers try to decide if now is the time to sell their home for top dollar, invest their profits while living in a rental until the market cools down! Sellers try to decide if they are comfortable buying the next home without having to sell their current home! First time homebuyers are trying to decide if they want to pay above asking price to get into that first home! In this market, there are absolutely no easy answers!
