Welcome to the luxury condo neighborhood of Monument Square Condos, located at Willow Lawn Dr. and Monument Ave., just over the county/city line, in Henrico County. This location offers city convenience as well as county benefits. People living here know that within a few minutes drive they can easily be to downtown, The Fan, Libbie/Grove, Carytown and Willow Lawn. These units were built between 2008 and 2018 by Gumenick Properties. Buildings are secure and some have elevators. Some units, but not all, may have a deeded storage unit. Some units, but not all, may have a 1 or 2 car garage.
The community has a total of 193 units - as of March 2022, 169 of these units are owner occupied. It is possible that rentals are allowed in this neighborhood, but since rules change in many communities on a yearly basis, it is best to review those HOA documents if you desire to purchase the unit for investment purposes.
