Welcome to Olde Gayton Townhomes, another small community in the Short Pump area of Henrico County. The units are located off Lauderdale Dr. and Gayton Rd. This neighborhood offers a great mix of styles - some units are one level, while others are two level units. The homes range in size from 1,100 SF to over 1,400 SF and are either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms, with baths either 1 1/2 or 2 1/2. The buildings all have hardiplank siding, which was replaced by the HOA in the spring of 2021. Each unit has a parking pad in front of the unit, but there is guest parking in the neighborhood. These units were built in 1983.
Schools for this neighborhood are: Carver Elementary, Pocahontas Middle and Godwin High.
