As you know, the real estate market in 2022 has been on fire! But now we are starting to see a slight shift of the market, where houses are not selling quite as quickly as they were before, and, if there are bidding wars happening, there are not quite as many buyers making offers on the same house! And I am even starting to see more and more price reductions and sold prices at or even below the asking prices! So if you are considering putting your house on the market, it is very important that pricing your house right is critical to getting it sold!

If you price your home too high - what will happen? You may end up having to lower your price after a few days or weeks in order to attract buyers; you may end up sitting on the market a much longer time or you may end up being the house that sells another house down the street that is priced right!

If you price your home too low - what will happen? You may sell quickly but you may also end up leaving money on the table!
