Welcome to the Far West End condo community of Regency Woods, most likely named for it's nearness to the Regency Square Mall (which is currently undergoing a major transformation). Construction on these units began in 1975, with the first sale in 1977, and construction was completed in 1981.

The complex has a total of 336 units spread among a number of buildings. The unit sizes range from 800 SF for the 1 bedroom units to 1300 SF for the 3 bedroom units. There are also 12 penthouse units, which are 2 levels and have 2,150 SF. There are also some lower level units that will allow you to walk directly into the unit from the parking area.

The monthly HOA fee will vary, based on the unit sizes. In March 2022, the HOA fee ranged from a low of $222/month to a high of $400/month.

The HOA fee, although high, does cover a number of things including:

• Water and Sewer

• Community amenities

Rentals are restricted in this community. You must have been an owner occupant for a minimum of 2 years before you can rent out the unit.

Pets are also restricted - a maximum of 40 pounds and no more than 2.
