One great way to build buzz and get your home sold quickly is to pre-market it as a Coming Soon listing—before it officially hits the public market. This approach helps generate early interest from serious buyers and agents. Together, we’ll decide which strategies make the most sense for your home and your goals. Here’s how we can create that pre-market buzz:
List your home on the MLS as a Coming Soon listing! This gets your home in front of top local agents before it’s live on the public market, giving them a chance to line up interested buyers.
Send out “Just Listed” e-cards to Realtors across the area, announcing your Coming Soon listing and building anticipation.
Host a broker open house as soon as the listing is live on the MLS to give agents a sneak peek.
Plan and promote your first public open house for the Sunday after your listing goes live. We'll delay showings until then to create excitement and help attract multiple interested buyers all at once.
Put up a Coming Soon sign in front of your home to grab attention from neighbors and drive-by traffic.
Put up a "Voice Pad' rider so anyone passing by can get more info.
This whole pre-marketing process usually takes just 48–72 hours. Once your professional photos are ready, we’ll go live on the MLS!
