All units have fireplaces, heat pump and reserved parking with plenty of guest space throughout. There is currently pet restrictions - a 2 pet limit with a maximum weight of 30 pounds or under.
There are 217 units in the neighborhood - as of March 2022, 166 of these units were owner occupied. Current rules state that an owner must live in the unit for 2 years before they are able to rent it. This complex is NOT FHA approved as of March 2022.
The HOA fee varies by unit size. As of March 2022, the monthly fee runs between $194/month and $244/month. The HOA fee includes: building insurance, common area maintenance, water, sewer, snow removal, trash removal and community amenities. The HOA fee also includes a termite inspection twice a year.
The community amenities include: pool, clubhouse with gym and sauna, tennis courts. In 2020 and 2021, the HOA put in a new pool, new roof on buildings & the parking lots were resurfaced. There is also an on site office in this community.
