Westshire on Parham Condos is a small, 48 unit neighborhood. The units were built between 1962 and 1964 as apartments, but in 2006 were converted to condos. The units are all 2 level units. Parking is plentiful in the parking lot, so guests won’t have to park far from your front door. All units are 2 bedroom, 1 bath (although there are a few that do have a half bath downstairs). The size of the units range from 863 SF to 892 SF.
When the units were converted in 2006, the developer included upgrades as standards in each unit. These upgraded standards were: an upgraded kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, new appliances (including a European washer/dryer) & slate floors. A fenced courtyard with small patio was also created with each unit. And all units had the wood floors refinished.
The association fee here is around $250/year, but can always increase each year! The fee includes a lot: gas for heat, cooking & water. There is a pool and exercise room that all owners can take advantage of. The fee also covers the exterior maintenance, trash & snow removal, water and yard maintenance, making this truly a low maintenance community.
