Welcome to Winchester Pointe Townhomes, another townhome community on Wilde Lake in the Short Pump area of Henrico County. This community offers a variety of wood sided townhomes - some one level units, some two story units with first floor masters. The sizes range from a low of 1,300 SF to a high of around 2,000 SF, with either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms. All units are located on private cul de sacs and the neighborhood is less than a mile to Short Pump Town Center. The neighborhood offers easy access to I-64, I-295 and I-288.
The monthly HOA fee, as of March 2022, is $170/month and includes common area maintenance, limited exterior maintenance, yard maintenance, trash removal and snow removal. There is an additional mandatory $149/year payable to Wilde Lake Association. Although there are no amenities in this neighborhood, owners are able to join the Colonies Swimming Club for pool access if desired.
There are a total of 80 units in the neighborhood - as of March 2022, there were 67 owner occupied units.
